El set -o pipefail de #41 estaba en un paso aparte: cada run: es un shell nuevo y no persistia. El test roto de la demo #43 siguio dando verde y el auto-merge lo fusiono a main. Este PR: (1) defaults.run.shell con pipefail a nivel job, (2) elimina cayceops/tests/test_demo_rojo.py de main.
